A practical Model Crime Scene Session was successfully conducted on February 19, 2025, at the Faculty of Criminal Justice, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU). The session was led by IP Chamara Wijerathna and his team from the Police Training School (PTS), Kalutara, offering students a unique hands-on learning experience.
This outdoor session provided invaluable insights into crime scene management, evidence collection, and investigative procedures, bridging theoretical knowledge with real-world practice. Students actively participated, enhancing their practical understanding of forensic criminology and criminal investigations.
